We bought a house without fans in the bathrooms - HUGE oversight on our part! Not only was Errik able to put fans in both bathrooms, he was able to move our laundry and add some sound proofing! More impressive - Errik was able to start and finish the work in the estimated time frame and kept us up to date with what he was doing.
